If you’re dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work, apply today!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Perform general physical labor on construction and demolition job sites.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris, rubble, and materials.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Assist skilled trades and other team members as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Use hand and power tools appropriately and safely.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Final clean-up of completed areas, including detailed cleaning of surfaces, windows, fixtures, and flooring.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Handle and store materials properly; pick up and secure tools and equipment daily.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Follow all job site safety procedures and report any hazards or violations immediately.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Maintain a clean and safe worksite through attention to detail and constant awareness of surroundings.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Must be 18 years or older.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">No experience required — we are willing to train candidates who are coachable and eager to learn.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Prior experience in construction, demolition, or job site cleaning is a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Must be able to:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Lift 50–70+ lbs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Work outdoors in all weather conditions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Work in, on, around, and under equipment and structures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Climb ladders, work on lifts, and use scaffolding.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Job Sites are located throughout New England</span><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">, so all applicants must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Must be punctual, responsible, and work well with others.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">High regard for safety and cleanliness is essential.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Benefits:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Full-time, year-round employment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Competitive hourly pay based on experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (after 90 days)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">401(k) Retirement Plan (after 90 days)</span></li>\n</ul>",
