    "description": "<p>Our client is looking for a reliable maintenance technician to help with repairing machines, assist with projects, and create a safe working environment.&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>Shift would be 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday (must have open availability for some weekends may be necessary)</p>\n\n<p>Payrate: determined on experience.&nbsp;</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Support production in reducing and eliminating equipment / tooling downtime and scrap utilizing good analytical methodologies. (Preventive / Predictive Maintenance and Spare Part Inventory)</li>\n\t<li>Perform equipment / tooling and facilities preventive maintenance (PM) per schedule provided. Complete all documentation required for PM&rsquo;s.</li>\n\t<li>Perform repairs as required, and document all required aspects of repair</li>\n\t<li>Assist in fabricating and implementing projects, as required.</li>\n\t<li>Maintain and monitor a healthy and safe work environment utilizing MSDS&rsquo;s for the facility and all company, local, state and federal guidelines.</li>\n\t<li>Document all activities as required</li>\n\t<li>Adhere to all company guidelines for Emergency Evacuation to ensure employee safety</li>\n\t<li>Any additional responsibility deemed necessary by management.</li>\n</ul>\n",
