Will be project lead working in conjunction with all company departments for any field change orders, warranty work and escalated service troubleshooting projects. Will assist operations and service in conducting client onboarding and offboarding activities.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Design products.  Assists in developing new products, redesigning existing products from field testing and gives technical equipment support to the service division by training and troubleshooting focus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Collaborate with all departments by being project lead to ensure all field change orders, warranty work, and escalated troubleshooting issues are completed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Will assist operations and service in conducting client onboarding and offboarding activities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Will create training materials and product manuals to assist in increasing the knowledge of the service team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Will conduct quality control checks for equipment before leaving the manufacturing facility to ensure field operation readiness.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Will review all Non-conformances from the field for investigations and solutions and install new procedures to quality control.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Will collect field data on unit performance and compile for review and analysis.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Will evaluate the performance of components to make recommendations on brands/models for unit parts. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">Other:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> Remain Knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments in the industry.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> Must perform job in a safe manner and ensure a safe workplace to include reporting unsafe work conditions and safety violations.
