Do you?</span></em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you’ll do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will be responsible for managing cross‑functional engineering projects covering the full product lifecycle, from concept and feasibility through design, validation, industrialisation and production launch.</li>\n<li>Creating, maintaining and reporting against detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource requirements and risk registers.</li>\n<li>Coordinating multi‑disciplinary project teams including mechanical, electrical and manufacturing engineers, test and validation, supply chain and quality functions.</li>\n<li>Acting as the primary point of contact for project status, ensuring clear, structured communication to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.</li>\n<li>Managing project risks, issues and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation actions and escalating where appropriate.</li>\n<li>Working with engineering and commercial teams to translate customer and market requirements into structured development programmes.</li>\n<li>Representing AEM in customer meetings, design reviews and programme updates, acting as a professional and credible interface between customers and internal teams.</li>\n<li>Engaging directly with suppliers and external partners to support the successful delivery of parts, components and assemblies for both prototype builds and series production.</li>\n<li>Driving the application of standard project management processes, governance and reporting across all projects.</li>\n<li>Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management capability within the development organisation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We’d love you to have:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Formal Project Management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, APM, PMP or equivalent) would be an advantage.</li>\n<li>Proven experience in a Project Manager role within a design and manufacturing environment, delivering engineered products from concept through to production.</li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience working in an engineering development organisation, with understanding of design, validation, industrialisation, and manufacturing processes.</li>\n<li>Experience in a customer‑facing role, representing a company in customer meetings, design reviews and programme updates.</li>\n<li>Proven experience working with suppliers and external partners to deliver components and assemblies for both prototype and production phases.</li>\n<li>Experience managing supplier‑related risks including long lead‑times, technical maturity, capacity and production ramp‑</li>\n<li>Automotive industry experience is desirable, with specific advantage given to experience in electric powertrain or electric motor development.</li>\n<li>A technical or engineering background, or demonstrable experience working closely with engineering teams, would be beneficial.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">In return you’ll get:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>An opportunity to work for a company producing cutting edge electric motor and powertrain technologies for customers worldwide.</li>\n<li>The chance to join a growing business where your achievement will be valued, visible and recognised.</li>\n<li>The opportunity to work across the business, using your learned knowledge and skills while exploring and developing on your ideas.   </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Great colleague benefits:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Private healthcare insurance</li>\n<li>Critical Illness Cover</li>\n<li>Death in Service Cover</li>\n<li>Competitive Pay rates</li>\n<li>Salary sacrifice pension scheme</li>\n<li>Electric Vehicle salary sacrifice scheme including onsite electric charge points</li>\n<li>Enhanced Maternity, Paternity &amp; Shared Parental Leave</li>\n<li>25 days holiday per year, increasing after 2 and 4 years’ service</li>\n<li>Flexible working arrangements based around core hours</li>\n<li>Paid volunteering leave</li>\n</ul>",
