    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Enterprise Security Operations Center Analyst</p><p>This is a third shift position, 11pm – 730 a.m., Sunday – Thursday</p><p>Work Location: Onsite, Framingham, MA</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Our digital solutions team is more than a traditional IT organization. We anticipate the needs of our customers and business partners and deliver reliable, customer-centric technology services.</p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p><ul><li>Continuously monitor physical security systems, including surveillance cameras and access control systems, to detect and assess potential security threats.</li><li>Analyze physical security alerts and data from various sources to identify genuine threats and false alarms.</li><li>Conduct research and gather intelligence on potential incidents/risks, or post incidents; prepare reports on findings with recommendations.</li><li>Coordinate rapid response to security incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.</li><li>Collaborate with relevant departments (like IT, HR, legal) for a multidisciplinary approach to incident management.</li><li>Document all physical security incidents and responses in detail for future reference and learning.</li><li>Regularly review and update physical security protocols to align with current threats and organizational changes.</li><li>Develop and implement physical security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.</li><li>Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities.</li><li>Recommend and implement appropriate mitigation strategies to reduce physical security risks.</li><li>Perform routine physical security audits to ensure compliance with established protocols and industry standards.</li><li>Liaise with external security agencies and vendors for enhanced security collaboration.</li><li>Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand their security needs&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>What you bring to the table:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Effective communication and teamwork abilities.</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Understanding of security systems and threat landscape.</li><li>Basic knowledge of incident response and crisis management.</li><li>Proficiency in physical security software and tools.</li><li>Prior experience in the military, law enforcement or Public Safety desired</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What’s needed-</strong>&nbsp;Basic Qualifications:</p><ul><li>BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field, or equivalent work experience</li><li>2+ years of related experience in physical security or similar roles.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What’s needed</strong>- Preferred Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Experience with advanced physical security systems and threat intelligence tools i.e. Everbridge, Ontic and Genetec</li><li>Physical Security Professional (PSP) or Physical Security Certification (PSC), Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or similar.</li><li>Familiarity with SmartSheet</li><li>Background in law Enforcement, Public Safety or Military</li><li>Experience working in a General Security Operations Center (GSOC)</li><li>Demonstrated ability to handle complex security incidents and&nbsp;</li><li>investigations.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.
