At Gray, you’ll find a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>“Personal growth precedes Gray’s growth.” – Stephen Gray, President & CEO, Gray, Inc.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What We Expect</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Enforce the use of safety equipment/clothing as required by OSHA and company safety regulations.</li>\n <li>Reinforce that team members on the project site are in compliance with the safety requirements of the company.</li>\n <li>Ensure that appropriate safety records are maintained.</li>\n <li>Ensure that work areas are maintained in a neat, safe and orderly fashion.</li>\n <li>Investigate cause of an incident and complete reports as required.</li>\n <li>Assist Site Manager in administrative counseling to team members and subcontractors who are in non-compliance with safety requirements.</li>\n <li>Hold safety meetings/jobsite review as part of coordination meetings.</li>\n <li>Responsible for conducting daily safety meetings.</li>\n <li>Responsible for conducting orientation and jobsite specific training.</li>\n <li>Responsible for the communication, implementation and enforcement of Gray’s safety program on site.</li>\n <li>Other duties may be assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2> Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Who We Want</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR 5+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.</li>\n <li>OSHA 30 Hour card.</li>\n <li>Experience in an industrial construction environment is highly preferred.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated knowledge of safety/environmental principles and techniques.</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office suite programs.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing.</li>\n <li>Should be an energetic, self-motivated individual who has a passion for collaboration and professional development.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Visa Sponsorship: </strong>This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands & Work Environment </strong></p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. They are regularly required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch.  Must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs, and occasionally lift or move up to 100 lbs.  Specific vision abilities include accurate near and distant vision.</p>\n<p>While performing the duties of this job, the team member is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and outside weather conditions.  The team member is occasionally exposed to high precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, extreme cold and/or heat, risk of electrical shock, explosives, and vibration.  The noise level is generally moderate to loud.
