Job Overview Ready for a hands-on role where you can move, build, and make an impact every day? This is a physically active position, ideal for someone who enjoys staying on their feet, working with their hands, and being part of a team that takes pride in craftsmanship and quality. This role requires consistent physical activity throughout the 8-10 hour shifts, including: Standing and walking on concrete floors for extended periods Safely lifting, pushing, and carrying materials up to 80-100 lbs repetitively Handling large products measuring up to 6–10 feet in length consistently Maneuver up and down ladders throughout the shift Highlights of your role Operate hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble made-to-order products Use measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers Follow visual and written instructions on a computer screen Build skills through cross-training opportunities You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) A high school diploma or GED (preferred but not required) Experience working in a manufacturing environment Basic computer skills Strong communication skills A commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin From people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
