Working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, and suppliers around the world, </span><span>you’ll</span><span> help ensure quality materials are delivered on time and at the best value. This is a collaborative role where problem-solving, relationship-building, and adaptability are essential as supply chain conditions evolve. will:</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery performance, and lifecycle supporting </span><span>component</span><span> </span><span>selection</span><span> and design-for-supply-chain decisions</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Review BOMs, drawings, and technical specifications to ensure </span><span>accurate</span><span> sourcing and </span><span>identify</span><span> supply risks (e.g., lead times, obsolescence, single-source components)</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Lead RFQs and negotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial terms aligned with product and lifecycle requirements</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Procure</span><span> materials for prototype builds, validation, and early production, ensuring on-time delivery to meet project milestones</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Monitor supplier performance and manage issues related to quality, delivery, and non-conformances, including corrective actions</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Issue and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of pricing, lead times, and terms</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Collaborate with Planning to support forecasts, production needs, and inventory risk management during product launches</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Support engineering changes, supplier transitions, and lifecycle planning, including mitigation of </span><span>component</span><span> obsolescence</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes and supplier environment </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Completed post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives, including sourcing electronic or technical components </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>The ability to interpret BOMs, drawings, and technical specifications to support engineering and manufacturing
