In this role, you will design and develop scalable backend services and APIs, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability. You&#8217;ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and contribute to building efficient, high-performing solutions.&#160;<br>&#160;<br><strong>Responsibilities&#160;</strong></p><ul><li><p>Support and coordinate technical and business aspects of software development activities, including requirement analysis, design, and implementation of applications.&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Serve as a principal developer in project teams, providing expert guidance on business and technical matters.&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Take on additional responsibilities as needed, fostering team cohesion and collaboration.&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Act as a point of contact for technical issues across multiple projects and work streams.&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Proactively plan and strategize with the team, identifying potential issues and suggesting workable alternatives.&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Mentor technical staff, assist where needed, and lead efforts in resolving technical challenges.&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Guide and participate in recruiting top technical talent for the team.&#160;</p></li></ul><p>&#160;&#160;&#160;<strong>&#160; Requirements&#160;</strong></p><ul><li><p>5+ years of &#160;experience with a strong focus on backend applications development.&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong experience in Java (Spring Boot &amp; Micronaut), RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, ECS, and CloudFormation.&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Proficiency in MySQL, Oracle, and ORM technologies (Hibernate, JPA2).&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Familiarity with Splunk and observability tools (Datadog, Mixpanel, etc.).&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong understanding of CI/CD, security, and testing practices.&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Excellent communication skills with having consulting mindset.&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to team growth.&#160;</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p lang=\"en-gb\"></p>",
