In this role, you’ll shape projects from concept through construction, mentor design staff, and collaborate directly with engineering and construction teams to deliver seamless, buildable solutions.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive design development, technical documentation, and quality control for a variety of commercial, civic, and cultural projects.</li>\n<li>Oversee project teams, ensuring design intent, schedule, and budget alignment.</li>\n<li>Serve as the primary client contact for design-related matters.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with engineering, construction, and operations staff in a fully integrated <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Design+Build</span> environment.</li>\n<li>Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering technical excellence and creative problem-solving.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Active architectural license</span> in Oregon (or ability to obtain reciprocity within 6 months).</li>\n<li>8+ years of professional experience, including project leadership.</li>\n<li>Proven expertise in Revit and familiarity with the full suite of Autodesk tools.</li>\n<li>Deep knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and construction methods.</li>\n<li>Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. occasionally.</li>\n<li>Sitting (or driving) in a normal seated position for extended periods of time.</li>\n<li>Reaching by extending hand(s) or arm(s) in any direction.</li>\n<li>Finger dexterity is required to manipulate objects with fingers rather than with whole hand(s) or arm(s), i.e.: using a keyboard.</li>\n<li>Ability to see within normal parameters.</li>\n<li>Ability to hear within normal range.</li>\n<li>Ability to move about a construction site including, but not limited to: climbing ladders and scaffolds, and walk over uneven terrain.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Ausland</span><br>We don’t just design—we build, and you’ll see your work come to life without losing control over design intent.
