We offer attractive financial incentives to obtain this internationally recognized credential as well as a career path to include a paid, teaching practicum while you are pursuing Montessori certification.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Associate in Training Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Play a supporting role in the classroom under the direction of trained, Montessori teachers and work amongst a team of teachers;</li>\n <li>Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy classroom environment in accordance with Montessori philosophy;</li>\n <li>Provide basic care and active supervision of young children as needed;</li>\n <li>Engage in positive redirection to children and maintain a positive learning environment;</li>\n <li>Communicate with parents as needed on routine matters regarding the health, and care of students.</li>\n <li>Enroll in the Montessori Certification cohort starting (Infant/Toddler - birth to three)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Basic Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma</li>\n <li>Minimum Requirements: CDA or Associate’s Degree, or some college coursework</li>\n <li>Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Human Development)</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#CR</p>",
