Location: Onsite x5 days - Wauwatosa, WI, USA Work Pattern: Monday to Friday Duties and Responsibilities: Support executive operating rhythms, including leadership meeting cadences, agenda standards, calendar hygiene, and prioritization of executive time to ensure focus remains aligned with enterprise priorities. Anticipate executive needs by proactively preparing materials, logistics, and resources in advance of critical deadlines, including agenda development, meeting facilitation, documentation, and follow‑through on action items.
