Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Home Care - Requirements: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s preferred Minimum 2+ years of healthcare-related experience Strong computer proficiency in business applications Excellent communication & presentation skills; able to work with diverse populations Valid driver’s license with reliable, insured vehicle Professional demeanor with a positive, team-oriented attitude Knowledge of HIPAA, confidentiality, and relevant federal/state regulations Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting Strong problem-solving abilities Effective multitasking skills Essential Functions: If you are highly organized, proactive, and passionate about connecting talented individuals with meaningful roles, we would love to discuss this opportunity with you!
