In this high-impact role, you’ll partner with <strong>Sales, Marketing, and Global Leadership</strong> to turn data into insights that shape pricing, investment, and commercial strategy.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a highly visible role where finance directly influences <strong>revenue, margin, and market performance</strong> across Latin America, the Caribbean, and Global Travel Retail.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications/Requirements</h2>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Drive insights on volume, revenue, pricing, mix, and profitability across global markets </li>\n <li>Lead annual planning (AOP), forecasting, and monthly performance reviews </li>\n <li>Optimize trade spend and marketing investments to improve ROI </li>\n <li>Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, FP&A, Supply Chain, and Operations </li>\n <li>Build financial models and storytelling that influence senior leadership decisions </li>\n <li>Support pricing and route-to-market strategy with data-driven analysis </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>4+ years in FP&A, commercial finance, or financial analysis </li>\n <li>Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets </li>\n <li>Ability to translate data into clear, actionable business insights </li>\n <li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills </li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field </li>\n <li>Experience with Oracle EPM or Power BI a plus </li>\n <li>Bilingual in Spanish</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#LI-MD1</p>",
