And by responding in actual events. Coordinate post drill debrief and document activities. Evaluate disaster drills and write after action plans to address opportunities. Tasks that involve handling of implements or utensils, use of the public or shared bathroom facilities, telephones, and personal contacts such as handshaking, are all considered Category 3 tasks.)</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Job Roles</p>\n<p>Sr. Licensed Facilities Associate (Engineer) (AHCL)</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Accomplishes the completion of work orders and projects from inception to completion.</li>\n <li>Assists with patient watches, all emergency code responses, and general hospital security.</li>\n <li>Assures fair and consistent application of and adherence to departmental, hospital and related policies.</li>\n <li>Documents all preventive and corrective maintenance work orders completed noting work performed, date, supplies and equipment used, etc., using all required forms of documentation (i.e., electronic work order system).</li>\n <li>Ensures that all required paperwork is in before the start of project and processed before close of project.</li>\n <li>Maintains and meets expectations on time for all competencies, license, certifications and education requirements as outlined by local administration, Adventist Health (AH), The Joint Commission (TJC), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and all other regulatory agencies.</li>\n <li>Monitors and maintains a routine preventative maintenance program for the physical plan and related equipment.</li>\n <li>Participates in taking call on a rotating basis for night and weekend coverage.</li>\n <li>Periodically inspects the facility and equipment.</li>\n <li>Recommends new and replacement equipment.</li>\n <li>Requests periodic service on warranted equipment.</li>\n <li>Researches and makes recommendations on supplies needed to maintain all respective equipment by use of a work order system.</li>\n <li>Willingly performs other duties and innovations as assigned.</li>\n</ul>",
