Minimum five (5) years of progressive leadership experience in long‑term care. Completion of a long‑term care home administration/management program (minimum 100 hours). Experience working with the Butterfly Model of Care or other emotion-based care philosophies. Knowledge and Skills Comprehensive knowledge of applicable legislation and standards, including the Fixing Long‑Term Care Act, 2021 and the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Demonstrated ability to lead effectively in a unionized environment , managing complexity and competing priorities. Strong financial management, budgeting, and operational planning expertise. Proven experience leading quality improvement, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication skills for engaging with residents, families, staff, unions, senior leadership, and external partners, and for preparing reports, policies, and recommendations. <li>Minimum <strong>five (5) years of progressive leadership experience</strong> in long‑term care.</li>\n <li>Completion of a <strong>long‑term care home administration/management program</strong> (minimum 100 hours).</li>\n <li>Experience working with the Butterfly Model of Care or other emotion-based care philosophies.</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Knowledge and Skills</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive knowledge of applicable legislation and standards, including the <strong>Fixing Long‑Term Care Act, 2021</strong> and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to lead effectively in a <strong>unionized environment</strong>, managing complexity and competing priorities.</li>\n <li>Strong financial management, budgeting, and operational planning expertise.</li>\n <li>Proven experience leading quality improvement, risk management, and regulatory compliance.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills for engaging with residents, families, staff, unions, senior leadership, and external partners, and for preparing reports, policies, and recommendations.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development,
