    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">PACE Executive Director</p><p>Camarena PACE</p><p>Full-Time | June 2026 Start</p><p>Camarena PACE is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Executive Director to</p><p>provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for our Program of All-Inclusive Care</p><p>for the Elderly (PACE). This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality care, regulatory</p><p>compliance, financial performance, and sustainable program growth.</p><p><strong><u>Position Summary</u></strong></p><p>The Executive Director oversees all leadership functions for Camarena PACE, including</p><p>operations, compliance with federal PACE regulations, quality improvement, participant</p><p>safety, enrollment, health plan management, and financial performance. This position</p><p>reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and serves as the primary leader for the PACE</p><p>program.</p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p><p><strong>Program Leadership &amp; Oversight</strong></p><p>&bull; Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of all PACE program functions</p><p>&bull; Supervise and develop the PACE leadership team</p><p>&bull; Represent the program within the community and at state and national levels</p><p>&bull; Partner with the governing body and CEO to ensure accountability and strong</p><p>performance</p><p><strong>Regulatory Compliance &amp; Governance</strong></p><p>&bull; Develop and manage the PACE Compliance Plan</p><p>&bull; Ensure compliance with all CMS and State Administering Agency (SAA) regulations</p><p>&bull; Prepare for and manage CMS and SAA audits and surveys</p><p>&bull; Maintain and update policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements</p><p><strong>Quality Improvement &amp; Service Delivery</strong></p><p>&bull; Oversee the Quality Improvement Program in collaboration with the Medical Director</p><p>&bull; Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and participant-centered care</p><p>&bull; Use data to drive continuous improvement and report performance to leadership</p><p><strong>Financial &amp; Growth Management</strong></p><p>&bull; Oversee the fiscal health of the program and manage the annual operating budget</p><p>&bull; Achieve census growth targets and support enrollment goals</p><p>&bull; Develop and execute marketing and outreach strategies</p><p><br></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Strategic Planning &amp; Expansion</strong></p><p>&bull; Lead long-term strategic planning efforts</p><p>&bull; Identify and implement expansion opportunities aligned with organizational goals</p><p><br></p><p><u>Qualifications</u></p><p><strong>Required:</strong></p><p>&bull; Master&rsquo;s degree in a related field (preferred)</p><p>&bull; 3&ndash;5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare or long-term care,</p><p>preferably in a capitated or managed care environment</p><p>&bull; Demonstrated experience in program development, strategic planning, budget</p><p>oversight, and organizational growth</p><p>&bull; Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks</p><p>&bull; Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><p>&bull; Experience working with PACE or similar programs serving frail elderly populations</p><p>&bull; Experience working with governing boards or advisory committees</p><p>&bull; Bilingual (English/Spanish)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Other Requirements:</strong></p><p>&bull; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification</p><p>&bull; Must be willing to complete PACE-specific training upon hire</p><p>&bull; Ability to travel as needed for meetings, audits, and community engagement</p><p><br></p><p><u>How to Apply</u></p><p>Interested candidates should email their resume to:</p><p><strong>Gabriel Mejia, Chief of HR</strong></p><p>Please include &ldquo;PACE Executive Director&rdquo; in the subject line.</p><p>Camarena PACE is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing high-quality,</p><p>compassionate care to the communities we serve.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
