Marvin is looking for a Scheduling Analyst to join our enterprise logistics team. In this role, you’ll blend analytical thinking with collaboration, using data and insights to optimize routing, improve on-time delivery, and support scheduling practices across the business.</p>\n<p>If you enjoy solving complex problems, influencing cross-functional teams, and making an impact on how products move from production to customer, this role offers a unique opportunity to elevate both processes and performance.</p>\n<h2>Highlights of your role</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Partners with outside vendors to collaborate on delivery designs, including pulling historical data for analysis, and conducting pricing analysis.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Supports internal project teams as a subject matter expert in scheduling practices across the enterprise </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Identify root cause drivers of performance gaps and lead actions to improve KPIs (on-time delivery, fill rate, cost variance) </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Owns and influences key transportation and manufacturing KPIs including on-time delivery, cost per mile, and fill rate </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Reports out monthly on empty miles and fill rate metrics </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools by partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable insights </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Drives alignment across manufacturing, distribution, and logistics teams to support enterprise delivery performance </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Drives implementation and actionable improvements by partnering with operations, manufacturing, and logistics teams to implement data-driven solutions </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree Preferred </li>\n <li>Strong oral and written communication skills required </li>\n <li>Strong analytic skills  </li>\n <li>Ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into operational decisions </li>\n <li>Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and make data-informed decisions with incomplete information </li>\n <li>Advanced data analysis skills (Excel required; Power BI or similar tools preferred) </li>\n <li>SQL experience preferred   </li>\n <li>Ability to interact with a cross functional team </li>\n <li>Ability to balance cost, service, and operational constraints in decision making </li>\n <li>Ability to self-motivate </li>\n <li>Experience with transportation/scheduling preferred </li>\n <li>Strong computer skills are required </li>\n <li>Analytical thinking, dynamic problem solving & proactive decision-making skills </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin</h2>\n<p>From people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
