    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>This is a field-based, rotational position requiring personnel to work and live on-site for 14 days on / 7 days off (or longer, depending on operational needs). The role is centered around the operation and maintenance of NOV solids control equipment in rugged land drilling environments. Work is conducted primarily at rig locations across South Texas, West Texas and Colorado, where the candidate is expected to maintain high safety standards, ensure reliable operation of equipment, and document all daily activities thoroughly. This position is crucial for managing drilled cuttings and fluid recovery systems, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards.</p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;Primary Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp;Equipment Operation &amp; Maintenance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Set up, operate, monitor, and maintain solids control equipment such as: \n  <ul>\n   <li>Centrifuges: Used to separate fine solids from drilling fluids.</li>\n   <li>Shale Shakers: First-stage solids control equipment to separate large cuttings.</li>\n   <li>Vertical Cuttings Dryers: Minimize waste and recover drilling fluids.</li>\n   <li>Centrifugal and positive displacement pumps: Essential for fluid movement.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Ensure optimal performance, troubleshoot malfunctions, and perform preventive maintenance tasks.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp;Heavy Equipment Operation</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Operate an excavator and other earth-moving equipment to safely load drilled cuttings into transport trucks.</li>\n <li>Adhere to environmental regulations for the handling and disposal of waste materials.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>&nbsp; Reporting &amp; Communication</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Daily documentation of operational activities using computer-based tools (Windows/Excel/iOS).</li>\n <li>Submit shift logs, maintenance records, and incident reports.</li>\n <li>Ensure effective communication between rig personnel, field supervisors, NOV support staff, and office-based teams regarding: \n  <ul>\n   <li>Changes in work scope</li>\n   <li>Health, Safety &amp; Environmental (HSE) concerns</li>\n   <li>Equipment performance and downtime issues</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>&nbsp; Safety &amp; Compliance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Understand and comply with NOV and customer HSE policies, as well as federal and state regulations.</li>\n <li>Attend and actively participate in: \n  <ul>\n   <li>Daily and pre-job safety meetings</li>\n   <li>The NOV Observation Program to promote a strong safety culture.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Demonstrate consistent use of PPE and safe work procedures on location, FR clothing &amp; PPE must be worn at all times while on shift.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;Qualifications &amp; Personal Attributes</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in operating and maintaining solids control systems, waste management systems, heavy-duty equipment or have oilrig experience.
