    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic; font-weight: bold\">Role Description: </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The Associate Campus Pastor in Residency is a rising leader who supports campus ministry operations, shepherds people, and gains practical pastoral experience through intentional coaching and leadership development. This role is designed to prepare individuals for future pastoral leadership within the church. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic; font-weight: bold\">Primary Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Shepherding Givers</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Help Campus Pastor execute giving initiatives and shepherding of givers.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Adult Discipleship Responsibilities</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead a group to disciple men &amp; teach regularly at onsite groups</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Funerals and Weddings (including premarital counseling) and Pastoral Counseling</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Participating in LST meetings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead Financial Assistance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Teach Membership Class</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Service Hosting and potential Preaching on local Sundays/Thursdays</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Community Outreach</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead outreach and ForSC initiatives</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Help Campus Pastor build and help sustain relationships with community partners</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Staff Leadership Opportunities</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead meetings with staff regularly.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Sit in 1 on 1’s with Campus Pastor and Directors on a monthly basis.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Campus Pastor Team</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Participate in CP Training days and CP meetings and metrics meetings throughout the year. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Quarterly 1 on 1 with the Lead Campus Pastor/supervisor of their campus pastor.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Develop and execute an action plan to gain Campus Pastor level understanding of each ministry.</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Working with each ministry on recruiting, team building, and special projects. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Serving in each ministry monthly.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Attend each Ministry Lead Team meeting once per quarter.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Participate in evals, attend support meetings, </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Meet with Ministry Support Directors quarterly to build relationships, perspective, and trust.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Meet with CP weekly for 1:1 to discuss progress, perspective, and to provide 360 degree feedback on responsibilities, staff health, campus operations. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Complete Supervisor Development Training Program. </span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Campus Launch Preparation</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Complete Campus Pastor ResidencyTraining Program</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Work with Lead Team and Sending CP, and Lead CP Team to identify specific new Campus location </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Build relationships with churches and non profits in launching community. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Identify and secure portable location </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Host social gatherings, worship nights, vision nights, and preview gatherings for new campus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Recruit Launch Team and Build Core Team for new campus launch. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Launch and oversee study groups and onsite groups for the new campus. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Launch/lead new gathering at sending campus to prepare for campus launch. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Work with Lead Team, HR, Sending CP to build a new campus staff team. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Launch and lead a new campus. </span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Develop Campus Pastor level understanding of NewSpring’s policies. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic\">Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.<br></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic; font-weight: bold\">Role Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This role is full time 40 hours per week.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This role is eligible to receive a housing allowance. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">A </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic\"> bachelor's </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">degree is preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This role adheres to a standard schedule, knowing it may fluctuate at times &amp; based on certain needs. Standard schedule is:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Sunday: 8:00am - 1:00pm</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Monday: 9:00am - 5:00pm</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Tuesday: 9:00am - 5:00pm</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Wednesday: 9:00am - 5:00pm</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Thursday: 9:00am - 5:00pm, 6:00pm - 9:00pm.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>",
