The Inside Sales position will act as a liaison between customers and the dedicated Field Sales Representative by providing pricing, availability and any required customer service to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. &nbsp;This position is 100% onsite.</p><p><strong>Essential Functions</strong> (Duties include but are not limited to):&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders for standard products and services, requests for prices and quotations, and handle customer credits and complaints.<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Answer incoming sales calls &amp; assist with counter sales as needed</li><li>Expedite orders and requests for literature or other information.</li><li>Responsible for complete order management, including expediting and communication with the customer.</li><li>Describe products or services and assist customers in the selection of the best products suited to their needs.</li><li>Quote prices, terms of sales, availability, delivery dates and related information and process orders.</li></ul></li><li>Access, update and maintain records for individual accounts with attention to details<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Sales order entry and purchasing of customer requirements for specific price lines</li><li>Organize and maintain product catalog library</li></ul></li><li>Coordinate activities with internal company departments, vendors and common carriers.</li><li>Perform duties to provide technical and product assistance to customers to generate new and repeat sales.</li><li>Analyze individual solutions and take appropriate action to ensure customer needs are met.</li><li>Attend product and training sessions</li><li>Develop superior product knowledge and assist customers with product application</li><li>Other duties and/or projects as assigned&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Work &amp; Educational Experience Requirements</strong>:&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High School Diploma with a minimum of 2 years of Inside Sales and/or distribution experience; College Degree preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in working with Field Sales and executing sales campaigns</li><li>Experience in selling industrial products such as Bearings, Belts, Chains, Electric Motors, Gear Reducers, etc.</li><li>Experience with implementing incentive plans to increase sales &amp; improve profitability</li><li>Effective selling strategies and techniques</li><li>Meeting sales goals &amp; growing sales</li></ul><p><strong>Skills and Abilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Delivers superior customer service &bull; Effective selling strategies and techniques &bull; Effective negotiating skills &bull; Excellent communication skills; including written, interpersonal and listening &bull; Capable of analyzing issues and developing solutions &bull; Problem-solving &amp; analytical ability &bull; Ability to be creative and innovative &bull; Excellent judgment and decision-making ability &bull; Organizational and time management skills &bull; Ability to retain product and process knowledge &bull; Accuracy &amp; attention to detail &bull; &nbsp;Confidence and professionalism in representing the Company &bull; Willingness to be a team player &bull; Understands product numbers &amp; alpha/numeric codes</p><p><br></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
