          "text": "<p>Acumen Solutions is hiring for a <b>Senior Project Manager</b> in the <b>Philadelphia Metro Area</b>. This position will initially be responsible for managing  a mobile development project consisting of 3 to 5 resources, with a career path towards a senior leadership roles within Acumen Solutions.</p><p> </p><p><b>Specific Duties</b></p><ul><li>Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements </li><li>Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities </li><li>Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope </li><li>Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client </li><li>Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards </li><li>Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures </li><li>Identifies and manages project risk</li><li>Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately </li><li>Reviews the status reports of team members and addresses issues as appropriate   </li><li>Support client management and relationship development as well as business development efforts as needed</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b>Desired Skills &amp; Experience</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree</li><li>10 - 15 years experience managing projects/teams across the entire SDLC including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment and support </li><li>Change/release management</li><li>Professional Services experience</li><li>IT consulting and client interaction</li><li>Networking and business development</li><li>Any mobile application or cable/telecom experience is a plus</li><li>Experience working within an established PMO process</li><li>Experience managing 3rd party implementation vendors</li><li>Experience managing 3rd party support vendors General Project/Practice Related Competencies Project /Practice Management</li><li>Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background </li><li>Authorized to work for any U.S. employer</li><li>Remote work is not an option for this role</li></ul><p><br /></p>",
