    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>DEPARTMENT:</strong>&nbsp;Fabrication</p><p><strong>REPORTS TO:&nbsp;</strong>Shift Facilitator with the direction from the Team Captain</p><p><strong>SHIFT DAYS /HOURS</strong>:&nbsp; 3rd Shift Position Monday ( Sunday night) to Thursday (Wednesday night) (9:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.) over the course of 4 days (40+ hours).&nbsp;Friday (Thursday night) could be scheduled as needed.</p><p><strong>STARTING PAY:&nbsp; $</strong>18.63 per hour with the ability to earn more. $1.00 shift Premium.</p><p>&nbsp;The Fabrication Entry Level employee performs duties under the general direction of the Shift Facilitator with directions from the Team Captain.&nbsp;</p><p>No prior experience is required. Will train the right individuals.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What You Will Be Responsible For:</strong></p><ul><li>Available to run General, Saws and CNC machines.</li><li>Keep accurate records.<ul><li>Record all information on required paperwork.</li><li>Post material pulled in computer.</li></ul></li><li>Pack and ship material for outside processing</li><li>Follow up on material for outside processing.</li><li>Pack and ship finished material.</li><li>Assist other personnel and perform other duties as required per supervisor.</li><li>Inform the Supervisor of any equipment problems or any other problems.</li><li>Work in a safe manner always wearing all required Proper Protective Equipment (PPE).&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain a clean, clutter-free workstation.&nbsp;</li><li>Able to participate in a collaborative environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Comply with safety policies and procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Accepts feedback from the Team Captain to ensure the bundles meet safety standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Work Environment / Physical Demands:</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp;</p><ul><li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.</li><li>The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch.
