Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our dealership, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle that suits their needs and preferences. Your primary goal will be to deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
2. Showcase and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting key features and benefits.
3. Conduct test drives and address customer inquiries regarding vehicle performance, specifications, and pricing.
4. Provide accurate and detailed information on financing options, warranties, and additional products/services.
5. Negotiate and finalize sales agreements in a transparent and ethical manner.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, new models, and competitive offerings.
8. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
9. Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to vehicle sales transactions.
10. Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications:
1. Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Knowledge of automotive features, specifications, and market trends.
4. Ability to build rapport with customers and deliver excellent customer service.
5. Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
6. Proficient in using computer systems and software for sales-related tasks.
7. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
