The individual member must work in compliance with all the company policies, local, state, and federal policies, laws, and regulations.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Job Duties and Responsibilities (included but not limited to):</strong></u></p><ul><li>Feeding Sows and Gilts</li><li>Observing animals for signs of illness and giving medication when necessary</li><li>Assist with treatments, vaccinations, and care of pigs</li><li>Caring for and handling sows and piglets</li><li>Monitor and assist sows during farrowing (birthing) process</li><li>Learn to safely/properly move different sizes of pigs to different barns</li><li>Performing AI (artificial insemination) or other breeding duties</li><li>Maintaining the cleanliness of the farm by power washing designated areas</li><li>Following the Belstra Group Farms Animal Welfare Policy and proper PPE safety guidelines</li><li>Showing leadership and cooperation with the rest of the farm staff</li></ul>",
