You will be actively involved in planning and running programs, turning data into decisions in real time. This role is based out of Atikokan, Ontario and will support exploration efforts at the Hammond Reef deposit and in the surrounding regional project area. Lead field teams and contractors, setting clear expectations and maintaining safe, efficient, and well-organized programs. Mentor and develop geologists, and students through coaching, feedback, and hands-on support Integrate geological, geochemical, and geophysical data to refine models, generate targets, and support project advancement. Contribute to building and advancing the exploration pipeline through sound technical interpretation and decision-making. Prepare internal and technical reports, as well as scope of work and request for proposal documents. Prepare results from ongoing exploration activities for corporate reports and quarterly updates. Communicate results, plans, and recommendations clearly through reporting and ongoing discussions with the broader team. Experience managing deep (>1500m) exploration drilling program is considered an asset. Strong technical foundation with the ability to interpret geological data and support exploration decisions. Experience leading or supporting field teams, with a demonstrated ability to mentor others and contribute to a positive team environment. Experience contributing to exploration programs, including planning, execution, or coordination of field activities. Solid working knowledge of core logging , GIS, and 3D modelling tools, with the ability to support others in their use. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field. Practical, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership. Commitment to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment. Valid driver’s license.
