          "text": "<p><strong>What You’ll Do </strong></p><p>As a Service Navigator, you will be responsible for guiding individuals with developmental disabilities, and their families, through a new California Policy called Self Determination. You will lead people through a person-centered planning process, develop person-centered plans, guide them through a budgeting process, and advocate for them with Regional Centers. In addition, you will assist customers with finding tailored support services, community supports, activities, and direct support staff.<strong> </strong></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><p>You’re a fit for this role if you are a superstar customer experience professional who is passionate about NeuroNav’s clients and mission. You’ve spent your career or studies learning how to best help and serve others. We think the right fit is more important than direct experience. We’re looking for a candidate who is non-judgmental, patient, flexible, a good listener, and a team player. This is a challenging and rewarding position and experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is a must. </p>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Required</strong> </p><ul><li>Experience with the Developmental Disability Community (professional or lived experience preferred)</li><li>Experience managing multiple customer relationships at once</li><li>History of time management and delivering high-quality work under pressure</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with customers and co-workers</li><li>Passion and excitement for NeuroNav’s mission</li><li>Patient, non-judgmental, and genuine</li><li>Track record of working well with diverse, multi-functional teams</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office &amp; Google Suite</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience</li><li>Must have reliable high-speed internet connection, and a private work environment to protect client confidentiality</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Experience and/or training in one (or more) of the following areas preferred:<ul><li>Self Determination Program Policy in California</li><li>Advocacy within the Traditional Regional Center System</li><li>Person-Centered Thinking and/or Planning Practices</li></ul></li><li>Experience developing PCPs and/or IEP/ITP/IPPs</li><li>Multi-lingual (Spanish preferred)</li><li>Master of Social Work</li></ul>",
