    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>What are important things that YOU need to know about this role?</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Eligible to be a permanent remote role</li><li>SQL experience preferred, but not required</li><li>Flexible work schedule (typically 8-5, 7:30-4:30, etc) - must be available for meetings during 8-4:30 CST.</li></ul><p><strong>What will YOU be doing for us?</strong></p><p>Serve as a technical lead for assigned TPA clients, focusing on system configuration in the Enterprise System, processes, procedures, and other support.</p><p><strong>What will YOU be working on every day?</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Lead implementations for new/existing clients</li><li>Serve as a liaison between the client and internal departments</li><li>Translate client business requirements into system functional requirements for development</li><li>Translate client business requirements into operational/workflow needs related to servicing the client (e.g., customer service, reporting, mailroom, claims handling and claims payment)</li><li>Provide regular status reports on project progress</li><li>Participate in system software revision upgrades</li><li>Investigate and report system defects to QA/development</li><li>Serve as a systems resource to clients, management and internal staff</li><li>Train end-users on system functionality</li><li>Provide on-going Enterprise System technical support</li><li>Provide ad hoc and regularly scheduled data reports using SQL Server Management Studio as needed</li><li>Represent all lines of business in a professional manner at all times</li></ul><p><strong>What qualifications do YOU need to have to be a GOOD candidate?</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Bachelor Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related degree or equivalent work experience or equivalent years of internal experience.</li><li>2 to 4 years of prior related experience (i.e. systems implementation)</li><li>Strong organizational skills</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li></ul><p><strong>What qualifications do YOU need to have to be a GREAT Level II candidate?</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Knowledge of SQL Management Studio</li><li>Knowledge of Transact SQL</li><li>Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principals</li><li>3 – 5 years of prior related experience (systems implementation role)</li><li>Project Management experience</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><i>The salary range and midpoint is listed below for your reference.
