Schedule may vary due to program needs&nbsp;</p><p><strong>JOB SUMMARY</strong><strong>:</strong> Supports the Health Nutrition Coordinator with managing health and nutrition/food service activities of the program including: reporting and maintaining information regarding child health and nutrition events as well as records, monitoring, tracking, overseeing and assuring confidentiality of health and nutrition records; working with nutritionist consultant to review individual child and family nutrition data and individual nutrition plans. Establish community partnership agreements in the Sunset Park, Bed-Stuy and Bushwick communities and renew as needed.
