N/A</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">As a <strong>New Product Development Engineer,</strong> you will:</span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: initial; font-size: 16px;\">Develop and execute project plans for new products</li><li style=\"font-family: initial; font-size: 16px;\">Achieve approval of APL, QPL, and specified products</li><li style=\"font-family: initial; font-size: 16px;\">Ensure market requirements are established and attained</li><li style=\"font-family: initial; font-size: 16px;\">Support market growth through innovative solutions</li><li style=\"font-family: initial; font-size: 16px;\">Responsible for day-to-day management of the project team as well as communication with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure successful project execution is met</li><li style=\"font-family: initial; font-size: 16px;\">Ensure that projects are on schedule, on scope and on budget</li><li style=\"font-family: initial; font-size: 16px;\">Lead project teams to ensure the quality of project deliverables match the business strategy</li><li style=\"font-family: initial; font-size: 16px;\">Identify risks (cost, schedule) to project deliverables, clearly communicate those risks to stakeholders and develop plans to minimize those risks</li><li style=\"font-family: initial; font-size: 16px;\">Preferred candidates will have Bachelors degree in engineering and 5+ years of experience OR equivalent combination of education and 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting.</li><li style=\"font-family: initial; font-size: 16px;\">A strong understanding of project management principles and software tools; PMP certification is a plus.</li><li style=\"font-family: initial; font-size: 16px;\">Strong financial skills a plus</li><li style=\"font-family: initial; font-size: 16px;\">Subject matter expert in welding and steel technology</li><li style=\"font-family: initial; font-size: 16px;\">Subject matter expert in mechanics, electronics and equipment controls</li><li style=\"font-family: initial; font-size: 16px;\">Maintain broad knowledge of product design, manufacture and assembly techniques.</li><li style=\"font-family: initial; font-size: 16px;\">Strong organizational skills</li><li style=\"font-family: initial;
