Participate in executive-level planning and leadership meetings. Recruit, train, and mentor top-tier sales talent. Travel between locations to ensure consistency and team engagement. Qualifications We’re looking for a leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Proven experience leading sales teams. Knowledge of residential building systems. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Results-driven mindset with a passion for team development. Ability to resolve challenges and motivate teams. Thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field.
