This role assists with event logistics, guest interactions, and equipment functionality, helping to create memorable and positive experiences throughout the venue.&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Lead daily workflow, create schedules, and delegate tasks to team members.&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Inspire and motivate employees through positive coaching and performance initiatives.&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Analyze complex situations and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Act as a liaison between park leadership and guests to ensure concerns are resolved in a timely manner.&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Maintain a clean and orderly area by removing spills and debris around assigned locations.&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Assist with repairs and maintenance of amusement, mobility, and locker products.&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Monitor operations to identify opportunities to increase productivity and reduce costs.&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Prepare reports and operational documentation as requested by management.&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Prepare operational reports as requested by management.&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Inspire and motivate employees through positive coaching and performance initiatives.&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Monitor and help enforce loss prevention procedures; partner with Security/LP as needed.&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Perform additional duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n",
