Description

Answer and direct phone calls Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office Organize and schedule appointments Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors Plan meetings and take detailed minutes Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Develop and maintain a filing system Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication Update and maintain office policies and procedures Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers Requirements Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant Associate’s Degree in a related field 3 years of administrative assistant experience Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) Multilingual may be preferred or required Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines Benefits Required Years of experience: 3 Years of experience Salary: $23.32 - $32.00 per hour Do follow us on our social media platforms for more job updates We are a Canadian Immigration, Recruitment & Settlement company based in Canada with multiple branches across the globe.
