The successful candidate will need to assess the contractors’ applications for Accreditations, in line with Accreditation Standards and assessment procedures in place at the time. Key responsibilities also will include providing support and guidance to contractors as can reasonably be expected and in line with ComplyWorks operational parameters, as well as assist in the effective and efficient progress of the contractor’s assessment, in support of their path to accreditation.   "key_responsibilities": "<div><!--block--><strong>Contractor Compliance Assessment:<br></strong><br>• Operate and comply with all SafeContractor processes and procedures pursuant to this role.<br>• Complete assessments of contractor applications and supporting documentation.<br>• Assist in the development, production and provision of necessary information and support in assisting the contractor to achieve accreditation.<br>• Receive, capture, and record contractor information in line with SafeContractor procedures relating to evidence handling.<br>• Collate and provide information necessary to produce management information reports.<br>• Any other duties commensurate with position and capabilities, as may be required by the business.<br><strong><br>Costumer Management:<br></strong><br>• Communicate with contractors via telephone and email and build a positive and professional relationship as required.<br>• Undertake scheduled follow-up calls and maintain reasonable contact as required.<br><br><strong>Performance Metrics:<br></strong><br>• Process accurate and timely assessment to meet quarterly quality metrics set by Accreditation Manager<br>- regulatory and program compliance<br>- accuracy applying regulations<br>- accrediting contractors in a timely fashion<br>- accurately entering information into the system.<br><br><strong>The following is demonstrated on a consistent basis:<br></strong><br>a. A supportive and pleasant attitude to all employees and contractor;<br>b. Integrity in dealing with employees and contractors;<br>c. Adherence to the Quality Assurance process<br>d.
