We specialize in wiring new homes for the nation's largest home builders, and we are currently completing projects throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.\n\nOur Warminster, PA warehouse is currently looking for an Order Picker to work in our 15,000 sq. ft. facility.\n\nFor us, having an organized and predictable system for wiring new homes is a competitive advantage. The Order Picker plays an integral role in this system by helping to ensure our field staff have the material and equipment they need to do their jobs as efficiently as possible.\n\nAs an Order Picker you will:\n\n pull electrical materials from stock to create material packages to be used by our field installers on site\n inventory counting\n maintain a designated aisle\n re stock shelves as needed\n return to stock shelves all material returned from field staff\n fill pack out cases with small electrical parts used by our field staff\n assist the warehouse manager with other warehouse tasks as needed\n\n Requirements\n\nWe're looking for a candidate with relevant warehouse experience and a strong mechanical aptitude.\n\nYou must be :\n\n Tech savvy , meaning that you are comfortable using modern office productivity tools. In an average day you'll work with various applications on our web portal.\n Mechanically oriented. While no construction experience is required for this role, it will be necessary to develop a working knowledge of the different types of material used in residential electrical construction. You must be very comfortable using a variety of hand tools and power tools to make minor repairs to material handling equipment.\n\nYou should have:\n\n Worked in a warehouse environment\n Documented experience in order picking, inventory management, and mechanical skills.\n\nBonus points if you qualify for one or more of the following:\n\n Possess construction industry experience, particularly electrical construction\n Graduated from a trade school or technical apprenticeship program\n\n Benefits\n\nOur goal is to create a stable and rewarding workplace where individuals are given the tools required to do their best work.
