Sierra Circuit serves all industries including aerospace, defense, medical, automotive, and telecommunications, building PCBs to the highest industry standards, and keeping innovation at the forefront of everything we do.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>POSITION SUMMARY:&nbsp;</strong>The Maintenance &amp; Facilities Technician is responsible for performing a variety of routine and emergency maintenance to all Sierra Circuits, Inc. facilities and equipment as directed by the Maintenance &amp; Faculties Manager.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Conduct periodic inspections on assigned equipment according to&nbsp;the&nbsp;Preventive Maintenance Schedule (ISO Form 11-01-01-B).</li><li>Perform preventative maintenance work on equipment and machinery to prevent breakdowns, costly repairs, and the development of unsafe conditions.</li><li>Promptly respond to and complete job requisitions according to request forms and submit to the Maintenance &amp; Facilities Manager.</li><li>Use proper tools and techniques to perform the required tasks in a professional and safe manner.</li><li>Research, order, and prepare spare parts needed with the most cost-effective solution.</li><li>Report any potential problems to the Maintenance &amp; Facilities Manager.</li><li>Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment.</li><li>Interact professionally and diplomatically with managers, co-workers, and vendors.</li><li>Be available for emergency maintenance.</li><li>May be required to operate a forklift.</li><li>May occasionally operate company vehicles to make pickups and deliveries.&nbsp;</li><li>Must practice safe driving habits.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:9.6pt;\"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>High school diploma, AA degree in related field preferred.</li><li>2-5 years&rsquo; experience in the following trades: general building maintenance, electricity, carpentry and plumbing.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret schematic&nbsp;diagrams.</li><li>Previous hands-on experience with electrical/mechanical tools and test instruments.</li><li>Good written/verbal communication skills and ability to generate reports of diagnoses of machines and completed task.</li><li>Must have a professional demeanor and good customer service skills with a sense of urgency.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 25 pounds maximum and stand/walk throughout the day.</li><li>Ability to operate a forklift if&nbsp;needed.</li><li>Must be highly motivated and able to multi-task.</li><li>Ability to perform at the highest level in a fast-paced&nbsp;environment.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license required and clean driving record required</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Hourly Rate Range: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>What We Offer</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Full - Time, non-exempt position</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent benefits package includes; Medical (HMO &amp; PPO), Dental, Vision, Flexible Spending Accounts, Basic Life/ADD, Voluntary Benefits</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Vacation, sick and paid holidays</li></ul></div></div>\n",
