Along with your three team leaders you will lead and manage the team of support coordinators and a dedicated workforce of 170 Community Support Workers, collectively supporting around 1,000 clients to live well at home.</p>\n<p>This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where you will bring together leadership, quality assurance and continuous improvement, health &amp; safety, recruitment, and excellent client experience.
