          "text": "<p>Must lead a highly technical team with excellent demonstrable understanding of iSeries technologies including :<br /><br /><br /><br />Performs Software installation, OS upgrade, server build / migration and maintenance<br /><br /><br /><br />Plans, schedules and performs proactive maintenance, including OS and 3rd software upgrades and PTF installation<br /><br /><br /><br />Performs capacity planning, Performance monitoring &amp; tuning<br /><br /><br /><br />Creates and executes CL programs for various backup, monitoring and job scheduling activities<br /><br /><br /><br />Provides support for production, test and development environments<br /><br /><br /><br />Configuration/maintenance of all iSeries systems &amp; related hardware<br /><br /><br /><br />Monitoring/ maintenance of communication between iSeries systems<br /><br /><br /><br />Preventive/scheduled maintenance and IPL of iSeries systems and to ensure optimum performance levels<br /><br /><br /><br />Maintains and monitor file systems, Security/authority administration and system auditing<br /><br /><br /><br />Develops documentation and deployment plans in support of the production environment<br /><br /><br /><br />Serves as an escalation point for iSeries issues with the user community<br /><br /><br /><br />Communicates status/issues to management on a regular basis<br /><br /><br /><br />Interfaces with vendors on a regular basis to resolve technical issues<br /><br /><br /><br />BRMS management - Determine / implement backup/recovery plans<br /><br /><br /><br />Documentation &amp; Tickets Handling<br /></p>",
