          "text": "<p>We are seeking a BIM Manager - Rail &amp; Systems in our Sacramento, CA office to work on the CA HSR project.&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Under the general direction of the Director of Rail Engineering within RSES Team, define, implement, and manage the BIM strategy for Rail &amp; Systems disciplines on the California HSR project.C</li><li>Coordinate the production, management, and integration of digital models (BIM) across various teams and disciplines (track, OCS, signalling, telecom, etc.).</li><li>Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project requirements, international standards, and client expectations.</li><li>Lead BIM meetings, train, and support teams in the use of BIM tools and processes.</li><li>Manage BIM interfaces with other project areas (civil works, equipment, operations, etc.).</li><li>Ensure the quality, traceability, and security of digital data.</li><li>Establish and monitor BIM performance indicators.- Prepare BIM documentation (standards, conventions, procedures).</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p>Required Skills</p><ul><li>Dsigner background in one of the system disciplines (track, OCS, train control/signalling, or telecom) or at least in Civil.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in BIM tools and methodologies (Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, etc.).</li><li>Proven experience in BIM project management for railway and complex systems projects.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of railway systems (track, OCS, signaling, telecom, etc.).</li><li>Excellent coordination, communication, and team leadership skills.</li><li>Fluent professional English (written and spoken).</li></ul><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 10 years of professional experience.</li><li>At least 5 years of experience as a BIM Manager on major infrastructure projects - at least one experience on railway projects.</li><li>Engineering degree or Master’s in Civil Engineering or equivalent.</li></ul>",
