    "description": "<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Summary:</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>The Product Maintenance Technician is responsible for working alongside the Product Maintenance Lead and Product Maintenance Supervisor in driving the company’s Product Maintenance Success. Ensuring productive, organized, and safe work environments as well as Quality Product Preparedness. The Product Maintenance Technician is involved with all activities related to the Wash and Prep of all Product Offerings. This role frequently coordinates with other departments.  </span><span> </span></p>\n<p><br><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">General Responsibilities</span></span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Lead by example and own safe work practices and quality compliance.   </span><br></li>\n<li><span>Routinely perform safety and productivity inspections in the yard and shop ensuring tasks are audited and in compliance with the safety and quality standards.  </span><br></li>\n<li><span>Routinely check work area and surrounding areas including the Shop Bays and Yard for Safety Hazards, Organization and Cleanliness.  </span><br></li>\n<li><span>Follow procedures and ensure all incidents are promptly reported and investigated.
