The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as a team member and across multiple business sectors. The position will report directly to the regional manager and be a key member of the Virginia leadership team.</span></p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:12px\"><strong>Typical Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></span></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px\">Inspection of transportation infrastructure including, but not limited to, bridges, tunnels, and ancillary structures, as well as waterfront structures.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px\">Above-water bridge inspection including routine and fracture critical bridge inspections and reporting, bridge rehabilitation design, and bridge load ratings.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px\">Design of bridges, transportation structures, earth retention structures, and waterfront structures.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px\">Serves as a mentor for other Project Managers and technical staff.&nbsp;</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px\">Provides leadership on multiple projects of varying size and complexity.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px\">Assists in ensuring that external client focus is top priority of the region and those systems, processes, and activities that focus on the client at all levels of the region are implemented.&nbsp;</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px\">Prepares agreements and contracts, sets project goals, fees, schedule, budget, and staffing needs.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px\">Serves as project manager on complex projects and as designated client contact.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px\">Maintains understanding of project financials.
