    "description": "<p><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment in accordance with manufacturer and company specifications.</li>\n<li>Carry out preventive, condition-based, and breakdown maintenance on all mechanical equipment.</li>\n<li>Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum operational reliability.</li>\n<li>Perform root cause analysis and propose corrective actions for mechanical faults.</li>\n<li>Analyze data and equipment performance records to identify areas for improvement and optimize machine efficiency.</li>\n<li>Ensure accurate documentation of maintenance activities, machine safety checks, and repair records.</li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with controllers, engineers, and production teams to address mechanical issues and improve system performance.</li>\n<li>Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards during all maintenance and repair work.</li>\n<li>Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance department.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND/BSc in Mechanical Engineering or related field.</li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in FMCG.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical faults.<br></li>\n</ul>",
