This role ensures that all MEPF systems are designed, coordinated, installed, and functioning according to project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. The MEP Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between project stakeholders, trade partners, and design teams to facilitate seamless execution of MEP systems.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34)\">Responsibilities:</span></span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preconstruction Responsibilities:</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Design Oversight &amp; Coordination</li>\n<li>Estimating &amp; Buyout</li>\n<li>BIM Management</li>\n<li>Procurement &amp; Planning</li>\n<li>Commissioning &amp; Risk Management</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Construction Responsibilities</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Trade Partner &amp; Field Management</li>\n<li>Technical Oversight</li>\n<li>QA/QC</li>\n<li>Commissioning, Closeout, &amp; Turnover</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reporting Structure:</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Reports to MEP Manager</li>\n<li>May provide oversight to field engineers or VDC modelers depending on project size and complexity</li>\n<li>Works closely with:\n<ul>\n<li>Design &amp; Engineering Teams – Design reviews and constructability input</li>\n<li>Estimating Team – ITBs, bid reviews, and VE alignment</li>\n<li>Trade Partners – Manage procurement, coordination, installation, and commissioning activities</li>\n<li>PM Team – Align MEP delivery with schedule, budget, and contract scope</li>\n<li>Field Operations – on-site activities and maintain schedule alignment</li>\n<li>BIM/VDC Team – resolve coordination issues and maintain model accuracy</li>\n<li>Quality Control &amp; Safety Teams – ensure MEP systems meet project standards, code compliance, and safety protocols</li>\n<li>Commissioning Agents – facilitate startup, functional testing, and handover</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Accountability &amp;
