font-size: 10pt\">Develop and monitor scopes of work and project queue, budget, timeline, and quality control</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Assess and source contractors for the scope of work, manage their hiring, oversee their tasks, and ensure that work is completed efficiently meeting both compliance and quality standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Conduct Quality Control inspections at each worksite to verify that subcontractors adhere to established quality standards for all tasks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Schedule work dates with homeowners leading up to work on sites, and conduct follow up calls to capture feedback and satisfaction level of work completed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Ensure compliance with legal, donor, and safety requirements for projects</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Liaise with internal and external partners to ensure the successful completion of projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-weight: bold\">Education </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.  Architect or civil engineer degree preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Related Experience </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> Previous All Hands and Hearts experience preferred.  Previous experience in a disaster response setting is preferred.  Must have project management experience, as well as supervisory experience.  Must have technical experience in construction management and experience managing subcontractors.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
