Join Calo Programs as a <strong>Neurofeedback Technician</strong>, where cutting-edge brain mapping technology meets life-changing therapeutic work. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In this dynamic role, you’ll work at the intersection of science and care—conducting qEEG brain mapping, analyzing neural data, and translating complex insights into meaningful, understandable guidance for families.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At Calo Programs, the first ever residential treatment center dedicated to adopted preteens and teens, we take a truly relational, trauma-informed approach—putting <strong>heart first and behavior second</strong>. Our work is centered on helping students heal from developmental trauma, build secure attachments, and develop a healthy sense of self.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you’re energized by both <strong>advanced neurotechnology and human connection</strong>, this is an opportunity to grow your expertise while making a real impact on students and families every day.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Administer quantitative electroencephalogram (qEEG), record brainwave activity, and process raw data using specialized software. </li>\n <li>Create detailed reports, collaborate with the family system, and present brain mapping results in a clear, relatable way for parents.</li>\n <li>Manage and prioritize scheduling to ensure students are seen consistently for treatment sessions.</li>\n <li>Compare treatment data over time to evaluate progress and recommend protocols.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in treatment planning meetings.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and coordinate with manufacturers for solutions.</li>\n <li>Contribute to ongoing research projects focused on advancing neurofeedback practices.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 21 years or older</li>\n <li>Must pass a state and federal background check</li>\n <li>Must pass a physical and drug screen</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li>\n <li>Patience, empathy, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.</li>\n <li><strong>Experience</strong>:\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>Preferred:</strong> Experience in case management or certification as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Education</strong>: \n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>REQUIRED:</strong> <strong>BS in Psychology</strong> from a regionally accredited university or college in the US. </li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive Benefit Program that includes medical insurance with a generous company contribution towards a high deductible plan, dental insurance, vision insurance, voluntary life and AD&D insurance, long-term disability, 401K with company matching, and paid maternal leave.</li>\n <li>Company Paid Holidays plus a PTO accrual schedule.</li>\n <li>Free meals from our amazing kitchen, plus pizza parties, companywide BBQs, and ice cream socials</li>\n <li>Monthly access to an on-site doctor for physicals or treatment of acute issues</li>\n <li>CPR, Safe Crisis Management, and First Aid training and certification</li>\n <li>Referral bonuses</li>\n <li>Employee assistance program</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Calo Programs is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer committed to enriching the therapeutic and healing experience it offers through the diversity of its employees and community.
