Overview
Hourly Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Location: Lake Ozark, Missouri
Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (40 hours per week)

In this dynamic role, you’ll work at the intersection of science and care—conducting qEEG brain mapping, analyzing neural data, and translating complex insights into meaningful, understandable guidance for families.
At Calo Programs, the first ever residential treatment center dedicated to adopted preteens and teens, we take a truly relational, trauma-informed approach—putting heart first and behavior second . Our work is centered on helping students heal from developmental trauma, build secure attachments, and develop a healthy sense of self.

Responsibilities
Administer quantitative electroencephalogram (qEEG), record brainwave activity, and process raw data using specialized software.
Create detailed reports, collaborate with the family system, and present brain mapping results in a clear, relatable way for parents.
Manage and prioritize scheduling to ensure students are seen consistently for treatment sessions.
Compare treatment data over time to evaluate progress and recommend protocols.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in treatment planning meetings.
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and coordinate with manufacturers for solutions.
Contribute to ongoing research projects focused on advancing neurofeedback practices.
Qualifications
Must be 21 years or older
Must pass a state and federal background check
Must pass a physical and drug screen
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Patience, empathy, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
Experience :
Preferred: Experience in case management or certification as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).
Education :
REQUIRED: BS in Psychology from a regionally accredited university or college in the US.
