Work in close cooperation with the project and quality management for development and implementation of project required activities. Ensure that operations and field quality teams are executing the quality requirements of respective projects through monitoring and oversight. Assist the Director of Quality in the maintenance of the quality management system. Provide input and leadership for development and implementation of best practices lessons learned. Participate in required internal and external audits that are contract required or certification required as applicable. Provide input to the vision and goals of company mission values.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<p><strong>Duties:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>      <u>Planning</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform annual maintenance of QISG’s Quality Management System in compliance with international standards (ISO 9001) and client specifications.</li>\n <li>Manage comprehensive documentation related to quality management activities, including reports, records, and audits.</li>\n <li>Verify that established quality requirements for design-build and EPC Projects, including identifying the Standards, Guidelines, Checklists appropriate for the project are effective after implementation.</li>\n <li>Monitor an established internal surveillance program for QISG contracted equipment and materials identified as critical or contract required.</li>\n <li>Work with operations and commercial management teams to ensure that activities for process plans are current and reflect awarded project activities.</li>\n <li>Develops Audit plans, including schedule, documentation and resource requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>      <strong><u>Monitoring and Oversight</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure all quality management activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.</li>\n <li>Ensure timely and accurate reporting of quality performance metrics to senior management.</li>\n <li>Review and approve quality plans, procedures, and inspection reports.</li>\n <li>Ensure that updated operational, supply change management and engineering manuals / procedures are incorporated into new pursuits or currently executed projects as applicable.</li>\n <li>Plans and executes systematic and independent examinations/audits of project or surveillance program activities to evaluate implementation, procedural execution, compliance, and effectiveness to the QMS.  </li>\n <li>Ensure that contract specified Factory Acceptance Testing, QA\\QC testing, monitoring and records documentation meets project requirements. </li>\n <li>Assist in identifying and documenting issues that may cause, or contribute to, deviations from planned/expected outcomes and develop corrective action plans to address issues.</li>\n <li>Document Control - Verifies that project documents used at the jobsite are updated, maintained, and stored in accordance with project procedures.  This includes design drawings, supplier and subcontractor drawings, test records, etc.    </li>\n <li>Non-Conformance Control - Verifies that non-conformances are identified, documented, tracked, and resolved by the PM and the site CM implements the verification in an acceptable manner.</li>\n <li>Performs any other duties assigned.</li>\n <li>Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Team Interaction</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Reports to management on the performance of the quality approach.</li>\n <li>Implements procedural improvements and best practices based on audit results/experiences and lessons learned.</li>\n <li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality metrics, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.</li>\n <li>Assists the Director of Quality with the maintenance of overall QMS plans and templates including procedures, processes, training, coordination with Quanta Operation Units.</li>\n <li>Regularly interact with field Construction operations teams, corporate Operations Support and Project Controls teams, and the Client.  </li>\n <li>Interacts and is involved with Design teams for Quality assurance and coordination.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Guidance and Leadership</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Acts as a catalyst for change and improvement in Performance/Quality. </li>\n <li>Provides leadership, support and guidance for Quality Management activities on design-build / EPC projects.</li>\n <li>Lead and provide guidance to surveillance team members.</li>\n <li>Interact with Quanta Operation Units that QEPC pursues projects or contracts with to ensure quality obligations, requirements and documents are met.</li>\n <li>Leads Quality-related discussions during Project kick-off meetings.</li>\n <li>Provides project team QMP training & awareness regarding activities planned for the Project.</li>\n <li>Identifies and addresses possible improvement opportunities relating to Project Quality.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Experience and Education:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a minimum of five years’ experience or associate’s degree in a relevant field with a minimum of seven years’ experience or a minimum of twelve years of experience in design quality management, surveillance monitoring, and corporate/operations/project/quality management.</li>\n <li>Successful development and implementation of quality programs and procedures.</li>\n <li>Advanced proficiency in Procore principles and tools to execute a Quality Management Program.</li>\n <li>Successful management level supervision of quality staff.</li>\n <li>Experience working in multiple states and understanding state and local codes relating to quality.</li>\n <li>Strong background in safety requirements and environmental considerations.</li>\n <li>Leadership and inspection experience in surveillance oversight programs.</li>\n <li>Technical expertise in implementing inspection and testing programs.</li>\n <li>Strong ability to evaluate and analyze objectives and KPI’s and provide solutions to implement findings and recommendations.</li>\n <li>Advanced understanding of critical path scheduling.</li>\n <li>10-hour and 30-hour OSHA certification.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Experience and Education:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (construction management sciences, electrical or civil engineering), or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.</li>\n <li>CMQ/OE Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence</li>\n <li>30-hour OSHA certification.</li>\n <li>Certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Professional Auditor (CQA)</li>\n <li>Certifications in civil and electrical inspection, testing, welding inspection, structural bolting, testing, and commissioning.</li>\n <li>CIA – Certified Internal Auditor</li>\n <li>Six years of experience in pursuit and marketing of EPC, Design Build or CMAR projects.</li>\n <li>Ten years of experience performing engineering design quality management, surveillance monitoring of equipment or materials production facilities or construction quality management in the power delivery space.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Technical expertise related to design, construction and related procurement requirements</li>\n <li>Construction technique, testing, standards compliance, etc.</li>\n <li>Thorough understanding of equipment and material specifications and testing requirements employed at manufacturer facilities</li>\n <li>Excellent problem-solving skills and shows strong attention to details</li>\n <li>Strong Organizational and Planning skills </li>\n <li>Good Communicator with strong
