This position is responsible for monitoring alarm systems, responding to event-driven alarms in a timely and effective manner, and documenting all activities within an assigned facility. The operator coordinates emergency response efforts, supports maintenance operations, and performs duties that directly impact the safety and well-being of occupants and emergency personnel.</span></p><p style=\"margin: 6pt 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin: 6pt 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Garamond, serif;\"><strong>Primary Tasks:</strong></span></p><ol><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Garamond, serif;\">Identify and coordinate appropriate responses and notifications based on console indications or events involving life safety systems and emergency conditions in accordance with established security guidelines.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Garamond, serif;\">Respond immediately to emergency situations, including the operation of fire command and life safety systems. Independently assess alarm conditions, make real-time decisions that impact occupant safety, and initiate emergency protocols including evacuation, system overrides, and coordination with first responders.
