This role is responsible for picking up trash and cleaning outdoor restrooms at Ocean View Beach and surrounding areas. Those who are interested <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">must be available to work on the weekends and MUST HAVE OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Functions:</span> Cleaning outdoor beach restrooms.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cleans and maintains buildings/facilities. </li>\n<li>Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs.</li>\n<li>Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.</li>\n<li>Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.</li>\n<li>Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sweep all hard surface floors.</li>\n<li>Clean and sanitize all restrooms and ensure they are stocked.</li>\n<li>Spot clean metal doorframes and door tracks.<br></li>\n<li>Damp mop all hard surface floors.<br></li>\n<li>Remove all trash collected.</li>\n<li>Clean and deodorize trash containers.</li>\n<li>Miscellaneous duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Shift &amp; Pay:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Shift: Varies monthly/Seasonal Position </li>\n<li>Type: Part-time position</li>\n<li>Facility opens 7 am to Sun down</li>\n<li>Pay: $13.00 per hour</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be 18 years of age or older.</li>\n<li>Must meet all requirements to work legally in the U.S.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">***MUST BE AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS***</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">MUST HAVE OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.</span></li>\n</ul>",
