We value team players, people who are more concerned with what's right, rather than who's right.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Live Our Values: People, Quality, Service and Innovation</li>\n <li>Knowledge and understanding of construction process</li>\n <li>Capable of juggling multiple priorities calmly and delivering on expected time lines</li>\n <li>Coordinates the construction efforts, predicts and resolves conflicts before they impact the project, and delivers thoughtful, timely and cost effective solutions.</li>\n <li>Leads the F&amp;B Project Team while collaborating with the overall project team.</li>\n <li>Ensures that the working environment is maintained at an acceptable level, carrying out safety inspections and ensuring that all tools are in good working condition</li>\n <li>Preconstruction includes: working with Project manager, consultants and design team to develop and lead the scope of work, phasing plan/schedule, KAR Support Document In-Put (FSRA, PEP, Charter, Budget), Bid Process (Pre-Bid, BRFI, Post Bids, Develops temporary protection plan and site logistics plans, participates in constructability &amp; V/E project reviews and manages submittal process.</li>\n <li>Construction Includes: Coordinates F&amp;B construction activities including workers, materials, equipment, and meetings. Ensures project quality and compliance with project plans/specifications, client specifications /design standards, and sanitary design. Ensure project compliance with all client contractor work rules, OSHA 1910 General Industry, OSHA 1926 Construction Safety regulations, and contractor orientations.</li>\n <li>Organize final inspections, develop punch list, complete punch list items, follow up on warranty items, coordinate final health inspections, liquor license inspection, and assist in closeout documentation</li>\n <li>Participating in project meetings as a leader, facilitator, mediator, or key contributor</li>\n <li>Advises key stakeholders of unavoidable delays</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong analytical problem solving skills</li>\n <li>Current on hospitality industry</li>\n <li>5+ years experience in construction with F&amp;B Construction Management Experience</li>\n <li>Strong Leadership skills</li>\n <li>Strong sense of team</li>\n <li>Strong sense of urgency and excellent follow up skills</li>\n <li>Ability to be flexible and move directions quickly</li>\n <li>Highly motivated</li>\n <li>Familiar with project completion of restaurant openings and health inspections</li>\n <li>Knowledgeable with coffee/espresso systems</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications</li>\n <li>Ability to Travel</li>\n</ul>",
