    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.13.17/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.13.17/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.13.17/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><h2 id=\"isPasted\">Duties/Responsibilities:</h2><ul><li>This is a night shift position, working hours will be approximately between 4:00pm-12:30am subject to change.&nbsp;</li><li>Planning and organizing work schedules to meet production targets.&nbsp;</li><li>Hands-on repair of plant equipment and knowledge of safety requirements required for operating a rock and sand mining operation.</li><li>Managing a team of workers, including assigning tasks and providing training and development opportunities&nbsp;</li><li>Ensuring that safety standards are met and that workers are following safety protocols.</li><li>Monitoring and maintaining equipment, including conducting regular inspections and coordinating repairs.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintaining accurate records of production, equipment maintenance, and employee performance&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time and to the required specifications.&nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;Responding to customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Conducting regular site inspections to identify potential safety hazards and environmental concerns.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications:&nbsp;</h2><ul><li>Must have a minimum of 4 years&rsquo; experience in a mining environment.
